I'll go broke for something I love

A gigantic feat. is upon me and there isn't much time left. About 7 days left, I'm finding it more and more difficult to work on the zine cause of my other job but I'll find time.. Lacking an exposure unit, inks, clamps, and money to fund this expedition I have no idea how this is all going to turn out.

Sounding like a defeatist... however, on the other polar opposite side of my feelings towards this endeavor... I will do my best to not only finish my very first zine but also make it something I'm proud of. See this debut at the Zine Dream August 21st.

NEW ZINE

Hey guys, just updating with what has been going on lately. I recently just finished my portraits for Zeroedge which surprisingly took longer than I would have liked but now it's practically done..

But now what am I up to?

I've been heavily working on my very first zine that I am hopefully going to have completed and prepared for Zine Dream.. or Dream Zine.. I forget what the name is exactly.

Anyways.. here's a sneak peakerage at some of my progress.

Difficulties with this one.. couldnt really decide if i wanted to have a background or not... I think ive decided for the rest of the portraits to all have white backgrounds and have more textured skin. I had a background for this one but it was just not consistent enough with the other two portraits.

This is the unprinted final for digital printmaking.. I wanted to combine screen printing and archival printing but I totally fucked up the screen printing part (the decorative borders) today so Im just gonna go all archival on this business. I'll post the fucked up version up soon.
